A Associação de Imprensa Estrangeira de Hollywood (HFPA, na sigla original) anunciou nesta segunda-feira (12), em Beverly Hills, nos Estados Unidos, os indicados ao Globo de Ouro 2017.
Dentre os concorrentes de cinema, o destaque foi para “La la land: Cantando estações”. O longa obteve sete indicações, incluindo melhor filme de comédia ou musical, melhor diretor, melhor ator de comédia ou musical (Ryan Gosling) e melhor atriz de comédia ou musical (Emma Stone). Na sequência, vieram os dramas “Moonlight”, com seis indicações, e “Manchester à beira-mar”, com cinco. Dentre os concorrentes de TV, o destaque foi “The people v. O.J. Simpson: American crime story”, com cinco indicações, incluindo melhor filme para TV ou série limitada.
Dois representantes brasileiros cotados para ter uma indicação ficaram de fora: os brasileiros Wagner Moura (pelo trabalho na série “Narcos”) e “Aquarius” (que poderia concorrer na categoria melhor filme em língua estrangeira).
A 74ª edição da cerimônia está marcada para 8 de janeiro, no hotel Beverly Hilton, e terá Jimmy Fallon como apresentador. A atriz Meryl Streep vai receber o Cecil B. DeMille Award, prêmio pelo conjunto da obra. O evento contempla categorias do cinema e da TV.
